Even with only 12 megapixels, the resolution of my camera is so great that I took this shot at 1/320th’s of a second while laying on the ground. Here it is uncropped vs. cropped:

The Image Stabilization of the camera plus the relatively fast shutter speed allows me to use a low ISO and zoom in to crop the image.
