I recently picked up a converter for my little Lumix. It was a “high definition” model on Amazon for $150.

It definitely allows you to zoom in closer. 150mm is the optical Lumix limit on the camera, so if you multiply it by 2.2, you end up with 330mm. It was fun to play with the video capabilities of the camera, because although the image quality isn’t good, it’s a lot better than what my iPhone would put out with similar digital zoom.

I caught a cute little interaction with a rabbit in my yard with it. I was able to zoom in pretty far. Enjoy!
